In addition to our office division
we have a specialist temporary Driving and Industrial division,
which operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week, who can recruit
qualified workers at short notice.
Our preferred approach is to work
exclusively on each role; by doing this; we can work in partnership
with you to ensure we find the appropriate candidate’s
with the skills, experience and values to ensure they stay with
your organisation.
We carry out comprehensive interviews with all candidates, with the intention
that we completely understand their career aspirations; and build a professional
relationship with all candidates.
All appointments
we undertake for permanent candidates signify clients are able
to view C.V.’s and interview candidates completely free
of charge. Fees are charged once a suitable candidate has started
employment with you and each appointment carries with it a guarantee
period.
Once we place a candidate with you we will maintain contact
with you and the candidate, to address any teething problems
that may arise during the first six months.

from clients and candidates to ensure continuous improvement
of our service.
